Shipping Info
  • Order will be processed within 7 business days depending items availability and credit card verification. Preorder items will be ship out when the items are available. Shipping time will be delayed for some national holidays. We use DHL/FEDEX/UPS for all orders.
Return If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on, please send us a request for a return authorization within 7 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
  • Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Return are not available for Made-to-order pieces.
  • Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and only eligible for exchanges in same style.
  • We can not cancel any pre-order order.
  • We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
  • Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items and they will be deducted from your refund.
  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • Customers need to handle the return shipping fee by themselves.
  • Mois Studio reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
  • We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
  • Once the exchange item is received to the MOIS studio, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking.
  • Customers need to handle the exchange shipping fee by themselves.

Returned To Sender / Refused Packages

  • Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by USPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS will be returned to our warehouse. ALL undeliverable return will be charged shipping fee (including free shipping order), return fee and duties or taxes. Under some circumstances, payment of products won't be refunded if our products are destroyed by carriers.
  • We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE. Return or exchange request on sale items will not be accepted.
